Early Childhood Education in Norway

This specific project "Early Childhood Education in Norway" is a seminar for 16 school headmasters and teachers from the field of early child education.

It will take place in Flekkefjord from the 5th to the 9th of May 2025.

The participants come from different federal states in Germany.

The seminar is aimed at pedagogical and management staff of specialised schools for social pedagogy. They would like to gain on-site insights into the structure of early childhood education and the education system in Norway. 

During the seminar, the participants had the opportunity to get to know pedagogical work with young children in Flekkefjord. 
In addition to the educational institutions, the participants learned a lot about Norwegian culture and history. 

The aim of the seminar is to develop the pedagogical and intercultural competences of the participants as well as to initiate partnerships between institutions in the two countries with the aim of promoting the mobility of their own students and teachers in education and training.
